Erro code 500

Hi,

I'm tring to post request to cTrader desktop bot and I get "{
 "statusCode": 500,
 "body": "\"Error forwarding alert to EC2: 400 Client Error: Bad Request for url:………"

what should the request look like?

 Yes I checked with them by telegram, and they give a solution but it doesn't sims to be working.
