I don't have cryptocurrencies data

since 6/30/2023, the data in the chart for cryptocurrencies has not been updated. I didn't have a problem until then.

I tried ctrader desktop reinstall.

tried installing on my desktop, on my other laptop, on the mobile app - same problem.

icmarkets support referred me to you.

IC Markets is responsible for the price feed, so you should go back to them.
