Regarding Copy Trade

I would like to ask a question regarding Copy trade service.

At the bottom of the provider page I see Trader history. Here I am sending a screenshot. Soon I am planning to join Copy Trader service.

Could someone please explain what is:

CBot Ctrader
cTrader
cTrader 2 Android
cTrader 2 Ipad
