FTSE dividend time ??

Does anyone know when the ex dividend time is on the IC ?  

Is it GMT at 4.30pm   or   22.00 on   eastern time ?  

As Im a London (GMT)  FTSE trader I need to know when to get out of my short trades to stop the divident taken out of my account.
