Open,high low,close stuck

Open,high low,close stuck

Hi.

In the charts whenever I move the cursor through price the prices down left dont change,they are stuck.I have to close the chart,reopen it but again after some minutes they stuck again My charts are naked with no indies or drawings,Windows 11.Any suggestions?
