Ctrader platform problems

Good evening. My ctrader platform stopped working. I have been struggling to install it again. After downloading the platform, it says there is a window update I must install. I did install it but still the platform is not working.  Please assist.

It seems you are using Windows 7. Which one 32 bit or 64 bit?
