cTtrader stopped working

Hi,

My cTrader demo account stopped working on Dec 31, 2022.

I logged in/out, refreshed many times but it didn’t help.

I can see trading session but the charts stopped on Dec31 and I am not able to place any order.

 

Can you please help me to solve this problem?
