Incorrect Entry Price resulting in me being charged 2x Spread per trade

When Spreadbetting the EUR/USD:
When I enter a Buy trade my entry is going in ABOVE the Ask price by the distance of the spread.
When I enter a Sell trade my entry is going in BELOW the Bid price by the distance of the spread.
This means that I'm paying 2x spread for every trade that I enter. So if I Buy 1 Stake and the spread is 0.8 then I'm immediately down £1.60. This isn't happening when I trade the Dax on cTrader or when I trade any instrument on MT5.
This is happening on the downloaded and web versions of ctrader. I have sent you images and a video of this happening but I have still not heard anything back from you.
