Mailing system problem with account

Hello, 
I have a ctrader email notification problem that i'm unable to resolve since a few weeks now, i don't receive any mail from ctrader anymore, no price alert , no pending order, no account update, nothing.
It worked perfectly for 2 years, haven't touched anything and now this.
All alerts (email & push notifications) are activated on my account settings, and they're not considered as spam on my mail.
(They all work on the terminal and push notification on mobile, but i also need them on my mail)
I tried to change the adress of my account but i don't receive the confirmation mail to change...
I believe there's some sort of mailing system error with my account ? And as i can't change the mail provider of this account i'm stuck with this problem.
