Duplicate chart option.

Hello. I don't know if it's just me, but I'm having trouble with duplicating charts. This option is not suddenly active, it stopped working.I do not represent a bank or broker. I am a user (trader) and I do not know where to report this problem. ICM Support referred me to cTrader Support, but I don't see a cTrader Support contact anywhere.
