Ctrader desktop lagging/freezing. Connection issues.

Hi.
Ctrader is constantly freezing and not loading any charts during periods of high volatility like today's CPI release. This issue is not broker related as I have the same broker on MT4 and the charts are loading fine. Please look into this issue which I am sure are affecting others as I have seen similar threads.
