Desktop and Web App loading issues?!

Anybody else having issues getting into their accounts via either desktop or web app?! I've got active trades going on and I can't do a damn thing about them! I'm not sure who to blame, CTrader or Fair Forex at this point.

We do not offer our services to Fair Forex anymore.

Can you give us any details as to why? Also, we were obviously given CTrader accounts through them, how does that affect our active trades at the time that whatever happened happend?
