cTrader doesn't pop up when started

Hello

It sometimes happen when i start the programm the window doesnt pop up, although I see the programm is like running in the background and on the lower belt on the desktop is visible. Then after couple of hours it's working again. but like today I'm trying to restart the computer and the programm like 20 times since the last 4 hours....

I have Windows 10.

Sorry, can't send here any video, the programm is open - visible at the quick access tool bar, but if i click on that it doesnt open, the loading of the workspace was also succesed and the confirmation sound as well. I couldnt trade the whole day on the pc.
