charts are frozen and are unable to drag or zoom in on

Ever since i have had the platform downloaded through FTMO, the charts are frozen. chart objects will move when i drag the chart or zoom in but the candlesticks are stuck. i can not even get them to change time frames. i have a fairly newer laptop as well, its not that i am running on a dinosaur computer.

 

please help, thanks.

Hi there,

This usually happens for specific setups involving multiple detached windows with several charts open. Our team is working on a comprehensive improvement of performance for these cases. A temporary workaround is to minimize windows that are not used, instead of just keeping them in the background. When minimized, the performance of the application will increase substantially, until further improvements are implemented.
