opened trade on XAGUSD

I've opened a position on XAGUSD and was down 400 dollars from the start. this happened while i had a pip range of +/- 0 selected and had a stoploss of -100 dollar. 
When i opened the position my SL was gone and i was down 400 dollars. i payed 0 swapfee and am not using a sharia compliant account so this can not be the case. 

I am thinking it might be a bug, because in other cases it rejected my order when there wasnt anything available within that pip range....

Anyone has any idea?? maybe the picture will help..
