Bug Latest version does not close except for using the task amanger to shut it down

My system updated yesterdayto the lastest 4.3 version  on my win 10 4k system with a 4k and 1090p monitors.

This morning it took over my deskptop and I could not get acces to my computers othyer functions or minimize the desktop.

I tested it twice and both time I had to press AltCNTRdel to get to the task manager and killed the program.

I starts up fine but fills my 4k screen and then does not give me access to any on the windows functionality.

Definately a bug.
