Deletion of Risk% on Balance and Risk% on Equity !!

Deletion of Risk% on Balance and Risk% on Equity !!

In the new version of cTrader 4.2.5, the " risk % on the balance  and the percentage risk % on equity"  in the "QuickTrade" of Chart  section have been dropped abruptly. Due to their importance, please re-add this section.
