ctrader desktop not minimizing

Hello, my ctrader desktop app is not minimizing, its taking the whole of my screen, this happened after i did the update. F11 is not working

  1. The exact steps you follow to reproduce this behavior.
  2. Troubleshooting information. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T inside cTrader, paste a link to this discussion inside the desktop and press submit.

hello,
everytime i open my ctrader application, it covers the whole screen, for me to exit or navigate i have to use the windows button, so that the taskbar can be displayed...this started when i id the last update

Did you send troubleshooting information? Also, can you try a clean installation?

hello,
i tried clean installation but dint work, had followed a thread on the forum.
and yes i did send troubleshoot infor

Hi shikuagnes21,

Please make sure that F11 is assigned in the Hotkeys section for Toggle Full Screen

Also make sure that you press the Fn key in case this is needed.
