The Broker says these trades are invalid

Hi,

I made these trades last week, but my referral broker says they are invalid and does not calculate them for me. Is this possible? Is there a mistake?
After these operations the platform was blocked.

The ctrader report does not mark them as incorrect or reversed.

Can you help me? Thank you.

The Broker says they are not valid trades because there was a pricing error. It's possible? Do these things happen on Ctrader? Then they stopped Ctrader.

but, is it possible that the price goes out and goes beyond the market price at that time?
