Connection error when I try to login

when I try to login on Ctrader I always get a connection error.
I tried to fix it with a internet cable.. but it still doesn't work..

Can you please share with us some troubleshooting info when this happens? Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T, paste the link to this discussion in the textbox that will appear and press submit.

Please check this link. If you can see something, it means your firewall is blocking cTrader communication.
