This problem occurred in the ctrader software demo account, I did not connect it to the broker

Spotware cTrader Beta is just a demo version of cTrader, intented for testing the platform only. It offers demo feeds and settings might deviate from real trading conditions. If you are looking for reliable data, it's better to use your broker's cTrader.
