ctrader chart does not work

ctrader chart does not work

I have just downloaded ctrader from pepperstone site and the chart does not work.

I have contacted pepperestone and my account is active.c Trader web works fine.

My laptop is a windows 10 laptop with these specs.

Device name     LAPTOP

Processor           11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz   2.80 GHz

Installed RAM    16,0 GB (15,7 GB usable)

System type       64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Here is a print screen. Everything works apart from the chart that does not move and I cannot trade. The candles remain still. Nothing moves. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled. Nothing changed.

Do you have any idea what’s going on? Is there a setting that I should change?
