Desktop App freezes when switching chart mode

Hi,
I've been having issues with Ctrader desktop since the update. Every time I switch chart mode using hotkeys, the application will freeze. It can only be killed through the task manager.
Can you assist?

It's happening frequently, and when it freezes, I am unable to access the entire platform. I can only restart the platform through task manager to kill the app and relaunch it. I've done what you suggested, hope you received it.
