Accessing my accounts through the Ctrader desktop app

Hi Support,

I am having an issue accessing my accounts through the Ctrader desktop app. My Ctrader account is showing my 3 demo accounts linked, but when I log onto the desktop app it is only showing one account. How can I resolve this?

Hi J,

Make sure you are using your broker's cTrader application and not Spotware cTrader Beta.
