Help can't install Ctrader (xTrader error)

Help can't install Ctrader (xTrader error)

I had uninstalled all cTrader. (I had ICM cTrader), followed the steps for the clean installation. Still Error. 
I even manually install the xTrader. But still not working. 
 

I even reinstalled my .Net Framework both 4.8 and 3.5 yet still not working.
