Market Sentiment Update Interval

Hello,

I would like to know if the market sentiment shown on the Ctrader is real-time? Or how often is that updated?

And is data for a specific time or it is for a period? I mean for example if it shows that 30% of clients are long, does it mean that 30% were long at exact 2021-07-03 15:00 (Date and time is as an example)  Or it means 30% were long during 2021-07-03 15:00 - 16:00?
