error occurred while trying to install it

Im unable to download ctrader on my computer it is Window 7 and keep getting an error message while trying to install it.

 

An error occurred trying to download 'http://dl.ctrader.com/spotware/xTrader.application'.

See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\jjames\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDBD07.tmp\install.log' for more information

Please can you help me please..
