Hello, my name is Walacy, I'm from Brazil. Sorry if I can't explain my problem properly…

I´m facing some kind of problem with the platform where it opens normally and everything works well, but when I try to move or zoom the graphic it just freezes and doesn't move (or maybe it works normally but just in the background....). I don´t know if you understand, so I made a video... you can watch to see what is happening below:

Hi walacymoreira,

There is a known issue with Intel Iris graphics card drivers. If this is the graphics card of your computer, you will need to wait for a fix from Intel.
