broker not showing on ctrader desktop

Hi

I recently started using ctrader. And I have opened a ic markets account (ctrader) and the broker shows up on my account when logged into the ctrader online portal.

However when I start the desktop software and click on the drop down menu in the top right corner, the live account doesnt show up. Only the demo account shows.

And hence I cannot use the live account. The only other option is gives me in to create a new account.

Please advice.
