Can not create a new order

Can not create a new order

Hello evryone,

Normally when you want to create a new order or modify an open order shows a pop-up and you can manage the new order from there, but right now I cant do that the software jsut doesnt show the popup. Anyone knows maybe how to solve this? I already uninstall and re-install the software but still the problem.
