Menu bar has moved

Menu bar has moved

The menu bar (the one that has the timeframes on it) used to be down the left side of my charts.

It has moved off the chart up to the top above the charts,

Does anyone know how to put it back to the left side of the chart?

The top toolbar cannot be moved.
