Hi, since many weeks my cTrader Desktop (V. 4.0) is practically not usable 90% of the time: I start it, the software struggles to connect (to the account) and immediately afterwards it goes to the not responding state. I can restart the
I need a quick and definitive solution.

Hi, I followed the instructions for a clean installation (Installation | cTrader Help Center): it worked for 30 seconds and then it returned to the not responding state. I've Windows 10 Pro, a Intel Xeon CPU (X5550 2.67GHz 2.66 GHz, 2 processors) and 8 GB RAM. Currently I've 150+ positions open, but in the past I had 400+ and I never had any problem.

Hi c3techcz,
Can you please right click on the chart, go to Viewing Options > uncheck Positions and let me know if this resolves the issue?

I was able to restart cTrader: on the chart I've unchecked both orders and positions.
I'll keep you posted

Dear Mr. Panagiotis, I confirm that after I've unchecked both orders and positions on the chart everything is working well: in the last 24 hours I have not experienced anymore the problem I had reported.

Friday I closed the program and now unfortunately we are back to the starting point: I have been trying to restart cTrader (4.0 for Windows) for hours but there is no way, as soon as the window opens the program is already blocked and I have no way of to intervene.

Dear Mr. Panagiotis, while you wrote me I was able to finally access cTrader and disabling the 'deal map" was my first action: now the chart is clean and the software is working.
