Keep installing OctaFx ctrader

Hi, I'm having quite an issue with installation of ctrader desktop.

2 days ago, I was able to install ctrader icmarket just fine. However, the day after, when i launch the application I'm getting error application cannot be started. please contact your vendor. So i uninstall and reinstall ctrader but then I notice after i launch the installer it says under the name is spotware. So after i login to my ctrader id, it only shows account that i have under spotware.

So what I did next is do the clean installation and .net repair. i use the same ctrader installer but this time it is installing octafx ctrader! and true when i login it only shows account that I have under octafx only. This is so frustrating and I have uninstall and reinstall ctrader which i downloaded from icmarket many times but keep installing octafx. it just doesn't make any sense. 

At the moment I'm using web trader which is lacking compared to the desktop version. I'm at my wits end and wondering if anyone here knows or have experience the same thing with me and have any solutions.
