Problem about one gap doubtful.

I have a question about a recurring point in Ctrader.
My broker is ICMarkets, I am still trading with a demo account for testing. 
However, I made an operation on 02/18/2021 at 18:00 pm and ended at 10:00 pm with a GAP and even more problematic was the fact that these are very far from my stop loss.
I have a Printscreen of the operation in CTrader and MT4 at the same time and I can send it if necessary. 
And I would like a clarification in this regard, because in a situation where I have my real capital, I could lose a lot of money.
