CTrader crashing a lot on windows 10 - maybe on saving / changing workspace

CTrader crashing a lot on windows 10 - maybe on saving / changing workspace

Hello.

I run windows 10 and Ctrader desktop latest version. Usually when I try to change workspace or save it, it crashes.

I have uninstalled all third party bots and still happens.

as indicators only 1 EMA and 3 MA

I run on my old dell xps 8700:

 

  • 1TB hdd
  • 16GB ram (around 8GB free)
  • Intel I7-4790 @ 3.60 GHz / 3601 MHz
  • GeForce GTX 745

Can you please send us troubleshooting information the next time this happens? To do so, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T when in cTrader, paste the link to this discussion in the text box of the form that will appear and press submit.
