Need some assistance

I really hope someone on here help me. I have an account that I opened up back in early 2020. But had a Chinese Friend manage and do trades for me. Since COVID-19 came I have lost all contact as of June. I don't know if they are alive or dead? I really have no way knowing if my account is just sitting there. And or how to check and retrieve my funds? If they do exist of not? I hope I wasn’t scammed! I just need someone in support who can check my account and tell me what is going on?
