Gold and Silver Chart Missing Past Historical Data?..

Hello,

I want to learn to trade the gold and silver markets. I am a customer of IC Markets whom uses your software. The problem i have been getting for Gold and Silver is that the past historical data goes no further back then Feb 2013.

I have attached a screenshots for your information. Please HELP!

Historical data are provided by the brokers. You need to contact ICMarkets regarding this issue.
