Add multiple additional lines to standard deviation channel.

Need to be able to add multiple additional lines to standard deviation channel.
being able to duplicate a standard deviation channel is not enough. We need to be able to add many  more lines that are part of the channel and move with the channel.
They need to be able to be added with the click of a mouse or a right click and add lines.
They need to be able to be moved within the channel to or to even become the outer lines of the channel. They need to be able to move them up and down inside the channel to reset their position within the channel in relation to the other lines without moving the other lines within the channel.
They need to be able to move with channel as a group when the entire channel is repositioned.
