My cTrader Deskton opens, but no window appears

I bought a new notebook, but cTrader does not open the software on the desktop. It was installed normally.

It opens the login screen normally, however when I add the login, it appears the message desktop loaded normally.

The icon on the taskbar is active, but no workspace appears. When you press ALT + TAB, the blank cTrader window appears.
