Cannot Launch cTrader

Hi there!

I can't login cTrader Desktop today. I tried uninstall then reinstall, still cTrader Desktop for both IC Markets and Pepperstone won't launch in my PC (Windows 8.1). Could you please look into this and fix this issue please?
