Stuck on Select trading account

Stuck on Select trading account

My OCTA-fx desktop software is stuck on 'Select trading account' since yesterday at least. It happens on several computers and reinstall the software did not help. On a different broker it works fine. Screen shot attached.

Do you still experience this issue? Do you have active OctaFX accounts? Did you contact OctaFX about it?
