CAN'T LOG IN AFTER UPGRADING MY WINDOWS 10 V.2004

Dear sir:
Good day!Yesterday I upgraded two patches of my windows 10 V.2004,the patches are KB4571756 and KB4576478,Then today I find I can not log in my CTRADER,The top right corner keep showing "select trading account";the bottom right ,traffic in and traffic out can show 220K and 90K;The days before yesterday are all OK when using CTRADER,Please help,thank you!

After I installed the two patches I said above,My internet explorer and windows edge also can not see the web pages with the KASPERSKY on,Now I must close the KASPERSKY ANTIVIRUS to see the web pages,but CTRADER always can not be connected;The mail software and the communication software works well with the KASPERSKY on;So I think the windows patches causes the problem,thank you!

Based on the screenshots, you have not signed in to your cTrader ID. You need to sign in first. Can you record a video with your actions so that we can understand what exactly you are doing?

Are you signed in with your cTrader ID? What is preventing you from selecting an account? Please provide more information about this issue so that we can understand what is the problem e.g. some screenshots or a short video.
