Trading Accounts Not Showing in cTrader Desktop

Can someone please help !

 

My trading accounts show in the top right hand corner in cTrader web but not in cTrader Desktop.

So not able to switch between trading accounts on desktop.

How can this be resolved ?

Hi warren.mitchell.12,

Make sure you are using your broker's cTrader. If yes and you can still not see your account, please contact your broker.
