how to connect to live account

hi, i have installed ctrader for my pc and my android phone,but only on my phone can i see all my account, live and demo, i really dont understand how that is? 

I need to enter my live account from my desktop(pc). but i dont know how??? plz help

Who is your broker? Do you use your broker's applications? Did you contact your broker?
