Trading orders were cut loss

Dear admin. 

My orders are frequently translated into the stop loss area without any correction. Looking forward to receiving the support.
What are symbols denoted by TS? Looking forward to your support.

Your question is not written in very good English therefore I cannot understand what is the problem. Can you please try explaining better and provide some more information e.g. screenshots?
