How do I obtain the crosshair or market snapshot with seconds / milliseconds as per the example on your website?

This view is available in tick, renko and range charts.

Thank you for your prompt reply however this is not the case for for any of the above mentioned charts. see below

I've downloaded the latest version from the ctrader website and its available. the broker version must be an outdated version. thank you
