Charts not loading or loading very slow while switching between timeframes

Hi, my Ctrader desktop is very slow in the last few days. When I switch to a new timeframe, it is either too slow or not working at all. All I see is the rotating icons as below. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Can you please send us some troubleshooting information regarding this? To do so, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+T inside cTrader, paste the link to this discussion in the text box and press submit.
