Installation CTrader on Windows Server 2019

Greetings,

I'm trying to install Ctrader in a W-Server 2019 and I am getting the error below:

ERROR SUMMARY
    Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.
    * Activation of http://dl.ctrader.com/spotware/xTrader.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
        + Deployment and application do not have matching security zones.

I have tried the following already based on responses from other threads:

1.Server Manager -> Local Server -> Set IE Enhanced Security Configuration = Off

2.%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\

- Delete the folder names **2.0**         
- Reinstall the application

3. Disabled antivirus
