Incorrect closing of a customer's order

Hi Ctrader team! I don't understand why Ctrader closed my position like this. My order won but why closed and cut losses here. Look forward to the support

Hi nhatitp,

Execution issues should be investigated by your broker. However it seems a high spread issue to me.
