to whom it may concern,

I am sending this message regarding an issue that I have encountered with whilst was using ctrader platform.

The problem is, I was conducting some backtests to see if my strategy works on GBP/USD and did it from 1st of 2017 till mid of 2019. I had highlighted the spots in which my strategy works using vertical line and wrote down numerous comments using the text tool.I have working on my back tests through four last weeks and ctrader was doing well till this morning as when I opened my ctrader I found that all of my vertical lines and comments have gone. I will be so thankful if you solve this technical issue as soon as possible so that I can have all of my backtests back to complete them and start to trade in my real account or advise me and what To do to solve this issue. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

I used lots of tools on my layout mode, lots of vertical line which is shown cross point of my using tools, and everyday I have saved all my workspace, suddenly yesterday morning when i opened my save workspace i face to nothing all my activity have gone, Now I need some support and solution how to return information and tools that I marked.

Hi Nazanin,

We have asked for specific steps to reproduce the issue but we did not get any. In order to investigate this problem, we need to be able to reproduce it. Unfortunately the information that has been lost cannot be recovered.
